At Eight Ounce Coffee, we want you to love every brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused equipment and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for quality control and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans or consumables.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the product is in its original, undamaged retail packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package using a tracked courier service to our Calgary headquarters, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to confirm it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
