The "Blossomed Edition" of the Bouquet blend is a striking collaboration between two iconic coffee origins, specifically designed for lovers of high-intensity florals. This light roast features a base of Ethiopian landrace varieties (74110) from producers Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, known for their tea-like elegance. This is masterfully blended with a Pink Bourbon lot from Jairo Arcila in Colombia, which underwent a novel co-fermentation process with actual rose petals. The result is an exceptionally aromatic cup—described by Traffic Coffee as the most floral you’ve ever had—pairing headstrong notes of rose with a creamy white chocolate sweetness and a poetic, ethereal finish.
