Edwin Huanca produced this Red Catuai lot at his Tuki Tuki farm in Caranavi. A traditional washed process coupled with a 14-to-20-hour fermentation refines the profile, yielding a bright, balanced cup layered with crisp apricot and warm vanilla notes.
