This delicious Pluma coffee is a washed blend from three farmers—Fidel Antonio Santiago, Felimon Perez Almoraz, and Minerva Ambrosia Luna—who joined forces in Oaxaca, Mexico. The coffee undergoes a double fermentation process, including an initial 24-48 hour anaerobic stage. This omni-roast lot delivers bold sweetness, a heavy mouthfeel, and notes of toffee, figs, plums, and sweet almonds.
