Produced by Habtamu Fekadu Aga at the Goro washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia, this lot consists of native heirloom varieties. The washed process enhances the coffee's sweetness and depth while retaining a crisp profile, delivering balanced, all-day drinking flavors of orange, apricot and a hint of anise spice.
