Tasting Notes: Apricot, Grape, Black Tea.

From the Gedeb region of Ethiopia, this coffee consists of local heirloom varieties Korume and Wolisho grown by smallholder farmers. The cherries undergo a traditional dry fermentation followed by thorough washing and meticulous drying on raised beds. This washed process emphasizes the coffee's clean profile and complex depth, accentuating vibrant flavors of apricot, grape and a distinct black tea finish.
