This naturally processed Colombia varietal from Finca Potosí showcases a juicy and sweet profile of candy apple, plum, and hibiscus. Revived through a collaboration with Café Granja La Esperanza, this lot underwent a 15-hour controlled fermentation followed by 72 hours in a dehumidifier, resulting in a vibrant and balanced cup.
