Tasting Notes: Chamomile Tea with Lemon, Hazelnut Cream.

This washed coffee from the Coffee Gardens in Upper Bukyabo, Uganda, is a blend of SL14, SL28, and Nyasaland varieties grown by local farmers. The coffee undergoes a signature fermentation method, including a long soak in cold mountain spring water and a 40-hour gentle fermentation, resulting in a cup with notes of chamomile tea with lemon and a creamy hazelnut finish.
