Harvested in the high-altitude Shantawene village of Bensa, Blackberry Hug is a creamy and complex natural heirloom lot. The extended sun-drying on raised beds develops a winey character, offering deep notes of tart cranberry juice and stewed pear with a lingering sugarcane sweetness.
