This unique coffee is the fruit of a collaboration between young producers from the Young Producer Program and Sebastian Ramirez in Antioquia, Colombia. This blend of washed and mint and watermelon co-fermented coffees creates a lively and surprising cup, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in coffee with notes of watermelon, fresh mint, and citrus, supported by a beautiful roundness.
